Client Relations Supervisor

Job Purpose:

To provide a consistently high level of service to a customer

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordination of domestic pickups as well as international when necessary (most Korea).
• Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and service requests.
• Monitor and respond to all daily email inquiries.
• Notify all delay/holiday/strike notifications to the client in a timely manner.
• Follow up on all overnight shipment movement and ensure that all deliveries are updated in Maestro in a timely manner.
• Follow up on all inbound/outbound activity for all client activity. Coordination of domestic pickups as well as international when necessary (most Canada).

• Follow up on all overnight shipment movement and ensure that all deliveries are updated in Maestro in a timely manner.
• Follow up on all inbound/outbound activity for all client activity.
• Maintaining of both Domestic and International pending pod reports.
• Ensuring all key milestones are updated in Maestro in a timely manner.
• Follow up and management of all missing or delayed shipments with the client.
• Tracking of all non-branch-controlled accounts with the client transiting through our region.
• Ensuring all activity destined to client the following morning is pre-alerted to them each evening.

Requirements:

• over Bachelor's Degree
• 5 year logistics experience
• 5 year customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Freight booking experience preferred
• Logistical track & trace experience preferred
• International logistics experience preferred
